Can I use this address if my business is based outside Florida?
Yes. Out-of-state companies registering a Florida LLC, and international entrepreneurs establishing a Florida presence, are among our most common clients. Sign up and onboarding are fully remote, and we scan or forward your mail wherever you are. The Division of Corporations requires a physical Florida street address for your principal office — this address satisfies that requirement.
Why not just use a P.O. Box or UPS Store address?
The Florida Division of Corporations does not accept P.O. Boxes as a principal office address. What happens if my application isn't approved?
If we decline your application during onboarding (identity verification, international compliance screening, or incompatible intended use) you receive a full refund — see Terms §3.7 and §4.5. If a third party (your bank, Google Business Profile, a licensing board) does not accept our address, we cannot refund — that's outside our control (Terms §5.4). We screen for identity, international compliance (sanctions lists), and prohibited uses (Terms §5.2 — no residential use, no drop-shipping, no high-volume mail operations).
