If we decline your application during onboarding (identity verification, international compliance screening, or incompatible intended use) you receive a full refund — see Terms §3.7 and §4.5. If a third party (your bank, Google Business Profile, FREC, or a licensing board) does not accept our address, we cannot refund — that's outside our control (Terms §5.4).
