Is the notary really free? What's the catch?
No catch. Tricia Frost is our office administrator and a Florida-licensed notary. She's here every business day. Virtual Office clients pay $0 for notary services — it's included in your plan. Walk-in clients pay $10/signature. We can offer this because Tricia is already on staff — there's no incremental cost to us, so we pass that savings to VO clients.
How does mail scanning work?
Mail scanning is included with your Virtual Office plan. Submit a request by email anytime during business hours. Virtual Office includes 20 scan requests a month — most clients use 4-6. Need more? Just ask. We scan in high resolution and email you a PDF the same day.
Can I register my Florida LLC at this virtual office address?
Yes. You can use this address as your principal office and mailing address on Florida filings. For registered agent service, you can apply for our $99/year Registered Agent plan — accepted by application and subject to eligibility review. Thousands of Florida LLCs use virtual office addresses for state registration.
Does this virtual office meet FREC 475.22 requirements?
Yes. The address meets all requirements under Florida Statute 475.22 for a brokerage office: commercial building, physical sign, staffed during business hours, dedicated suite number. We already serve licensed brokers from this location.
What if I need to meet a client? Can I use the office?
Yes. The conference room is available to Virtual Office clients at no charge. It seats 6, has Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, and power outlets. Walk in during business hours or book ahead through Calendly to guarantee availability.
What carriers do you accept packages from?
All of them. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, OnTrac, LaserShip, and any private courier. If it's addressed to your suite number, we accept it, log it, and notify you by email with a photo.
How do I get started?
Click "Get Your Virtual Office" on this page. Pay $49 through Stripe. You'll receive a welcome email with your suite number. Complete a short onboarding form and provide one government-issued ID — Tricia will notarize on-site for free. Most clients are fully set up within 1-3 business days after verification, and you can begin using the address once you receive your Activation Notice.
How does cancellation work?
All plans carry a 12-month commitment. Cancelling a renewal requires 30 days written notice; early termination of quarterly plans is subject to an early-termination fee — see Terms §3.6. We'll hold your mail for 30 days after cancellation, then return to sender.
What happens to my mail if I'm traveling or out of town?
Same thing that happens every day: Tricia scans it and emails it to you. If you need physical originals forwarded to another address, request a forward by email — we ship at postage cost plus a $5.00 handling fee per shipment. Your office doesn't stop working when you leave town.
What happens if my application isn't approved?
If we decline your application during onboarding (identity verification, international compliance screening, or incompatible intended use) you receive a full refund — see Terms §3.7 and §4.5. If a third party (your bank, Google Business Profile, a licensing board) does not accept our address, we cannot refund — that's outside our control (Terms §5.4). We screen for identity, international compliance (sanctions lists), and prohibited uses (Terms §5.2 — no residential use, no drop-shipping, no high-volume mail operations).
