Why international clients can rely on us

A real, established operation — not a forwarding service or a re-sold coworking lease.

100+ businesses at this address

Wilton Plaza is a privately owned commercial building serving over 100 active businesses at 1881 NE 26th Street. Your business joins an established, continuously operating location — not a new offering or a pop-up.

Owned, not leased

We own the building. Your address does not migrate when a landlord sells or a lease expires. Your Sunbiz filings, bank records, and marketing don't get disrupted by a property change on our side.

On-site bilingual team

Mail handled in-house by our office manager Tricia Frost (also a licensed Florida notary). Not outsourced, not offshored. Office hours Mon–Fri 9 AM – 5 PM EST, English and Spanish.

Full remote onboarding

Stripe checkout, online onboarding form, passport photo for ID verification. No Florida visit required at signup or ongoing. Activation target: 1 to 3 business days after onboarding complete.

Why we ask you to talk to us first

Not because we are gatekeepers. Because cross-border setups have layers — tax, banking, LLC formation, mail economics — and a 5-minute call before you pay saves real time on both sides.

If you are a FL resident or US citizen with a standard business, sign up directly on the pricing page. This page is for clients based outside the United States (or outside Florida with significant cross-border elements).

What we provide

Real commercial address

A physical office at 1881 NE 26th Street, Wilton Manors, FL 33305 — not a coworking hot desk, not a P.O. Box, not a mailbox store. A privately owned commercial building since 1973. Your suite number is unique to your business and stays the same for the life of your plan.

Full remote onboarding

Everything is handled online. Payment via Stripe, onboarding form in English or Spanish, ID verification using your passport (or other government-issued photo ID). No visit to Florida required at signup or for ongoing service.

Mail scanning on request

You email us, we open and scan the item, and send you the PDF — same business day when requested before 3 PM EST. Virtual Office plan includes up to 20 scans/month at no charge. Business Address includes 5.

Mail forwarding on request

International forwarding is available. You pay the actual postage (international rates run $15–$60+ per shipment depending on country and speed) plus a $5 handling fee per shipment. We can also batch items to reduce cost.

Bilingual EN/ES support

Our staff, website, Terms of Service, and onboarding form are all available in English and Spanish. Se habla español.

Same-day scan on legal mail

When something time-sensitive arrives at your address — a government notice, a certified letter, a tax document — we prioritize scanning and notifying you by email the same business day.

Roadmap: from idea to operating FL LLC

A typical cross-border setup has 7 moving parts. Here's the order most clients follow. Wilton Plaza fits into step 3 — the rest you handle with specialized providers.

  1. Florida Registered Agent. Required by law for every FL LLC (FL Statute 605.0113). Typical cost $99–299/year. Options include our application-only RA service, LegalZoom, Northwest RA, Incfile. Must be arranged before or at the time of filing the LLC.
  2. File LLC with Sunbiz. Florida Division of Corporations. DIY at sunbiz.org for about $125, or through a formation service. You will need a chosen business name, RA designation, and member/manager info.
  3. Get your Wilton Plaza address. Sign up for Business Address ($39/mo) or Virtual Office ($49/mo). Use the assigned suite as principal office and mailing address on your Sunbiz filing or amendment.
  4. EIN (Federal Tax ID). Non-US residents without SSN/ITIN must apply via IRS Form SS-4 by fax (1-855-215-1627 from abroad) or by mail to IRS Austin, TX. Typically 4–6 weeks by fax. The IRS online portal is SSN/ITIN-only. Some formation services offer EIN-obtain as an add-on.
  5. Annual IRS filing — Form 5472. Single-member foreign-owned LLCs must file Form 5472 + pro-forma Form 1120 every year to report owner information. Missed filing = $25,000+ per-year penalty. Plan on hiring a US CPA familiar with foreign-owned LLCs.
  6. Open a US business bank account. Online-first for non-US: Mercury, Relay, Wise Business. Branch-visit typically required: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo. Each bank sets its own acceptance rules — confirm with your bank before starting.
  7. Ongoing compliance. Sunbiz annual report ($138.75/year, due by May 1). Federal tax filing (Form 5472 or other depending on structure). Any state nexus obligations if operating in other US states.

Wilton Plaza handles step 3. For the rest, you will need specialists (CPA, attorney, RA, bank) — we can point you to resources, but we are not those providers.

Honest about what we don't do

Cross-border setups break when someone overpromises. Here's the boundary so you know before you pay.

  • LLC formation. We provide an address you can use on a Florida LLC filing. We do not form LLCs for you. Use Sunbiz directly, or a US-based formation service, or a cross-border attorney.
  • EIN / IRS tax ID. Applying for an EIN as a non-US resident requires a specific IRS process (typically Form SS-4 by fax or mail for non-US applicants). We do not apply for EINs on your behalf.
  • Tax advice. We are an address and office services provider, not tax advisors. Cross-border tax — US LLC with foreign owner, withholding, double taxation treaties, state nexus — requires a qualified CPA or tax attorney.
  • Bank account opening. US banks decide their own acceptance rules. Our address is commonly accepted, but many US banks require you to visit a branch in person to open an account. Online-first banks (Mercury, Relay) may work fully remote depending on your entity structure.
  • Immigration / visa. We do not provide any immigration, visa, or residency services. A business address in Florida does not confer residency or legal presence.
  • Sanctioned countries. We screen applications against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list and cannot accept clients from sanctioned jurisdictions. Denied applications receive a full refund (Terms §3.7, §4.5). If you are unsure whether your location triggers a sanctions issue, call us before purchasing.

Payment, currency, and timing

Payment methods

Stripe checkout. Accepts international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most debit cards from non-US countries. We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.

Activation timing

Activation target: 1 to 3 business days after payment, onboarding form, and ID verification are complete. If you have a specific deadline, apply at least a week in advance.
