How It Works

Walk-In

Come to the office during business hours. Park free in our private lot. Bring a valid photo ID. Do NOT sign before arriving β€” the notary must witness your signature. Tricia notarizes your documents. Walk out. Total time: 5 to 15 minutes.

Scheduled Signing

Book through Calendly. Specify the number of signers and documents. A conference room is reserved for your signing. All parties arrive with valid ID. The signing proceeds. Total time: 30 to 90 minutes depending on complexity.

What to Bring

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Accepted: Florida driver's license, U.S. passport, military ID, state-issued ID card, foreign passport. NOT accepted: expired IDs, student IDs, employee badges, credit cards, photos of IDs on your phone.

Location & Walk-In Access

Finding a notary in Wilton Manors and the surrounding Fort Lauderdale area is often harder than it should be: UPS Store locations with unpredictable notary availability, banks that only notarize for account holders, or mobile notaries that charge $25 to $75 per appointment plus travel fees. At Wilton Plaza, you simply walk in.

We are at 1881 NE 26th Street, Wilton Manors, FL 33305 — accessible from I-95, Federal Highway (US-1), and Dixie Highway, and within minutes of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, and Pompano Beach. Park free in our private lot, walk in during business hours, and get notarized on the spot.

For large document sets or multi-party signings, call ahead at (954) 249-5388 so we can dedicate the appropriate time and reserve a conference room.

What We Cannot Notarize

Florida law (Chapter 117) prohibits notarization in certain situations. Tricia will decline to notarize:

Documents where the notary has a financial interest. If Tricia is a party to the transaction, she cannot notarize it.

Documents signed by someone who is not physically present. Every signer must appear in person before the notary.

Documents presented without proper identification. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for every signer.

Blank or incomplete documents. All fields must be completed before notarization. Do not bring documents with blank spaces to be filled in later.

Suspected fraud. Per F.S. 117.107, if a notary has reasonable grounds to believe a transaction is fraudulent, they must refuse to notarize.

Real estate closing documents. We do not notarize deeds, mortgages, or closing packages.

Immigration documents. We do not notarize I-9 forms, travel authorizations, or other immigration-related documents.

Vital records. Birth certificates, death certificates, and other vital records cannot be notarized.
