A short online form (USPS Form 1583), two documents (photo ID and proof of address), your signature, and a 5-minute video call with our office manager, Monday–Friday. That’s the USPS authorization that lets us receive your mail.

Get Your Agreement
Within 3 business days after the call you receive your Office Agreement and your Premises and Address Confirmation, with your full address. From then on, every piece of mail is photographed and shown in MailRoom.

What is a business address at Wilton Plaza?
A real commercial address in Wilton Manors, Suite 212, with your own mailbox number, that you can use on your website, business cards, filings and marketing. Your mail is received under USPS Form 1583, which you sign during setup, then logged, photographed and held for you. Virtual Office adds more packages, scans, room hours and notary acts. What happens after I pay?
You go straight to a short online setup: USPS Form 1583, two documents (a government photo ID and a proof of address such as a lease, mortgage or insurance policy), your signature, and a 5-minute video call with our office manager on a day and time you pick. Within 3 business days after the call you get your Office Agreement and your Premises and Address Confirmation. Uploads are accepted as PDF, JPG or PNG.
How does mail handling work?
Every letter is logged and photographed, and you get the photo by email the same business day with three choices: scan it, forward it, or hold it for pickup. Business Address includes 30 letters a month ($1 per letter above that); Virtual Office is unlimited. Packages up to 10 lb are included on both plans: 2 a month on Business Address, 5 on Virtual Office; they are held for pickup, not forwarded. Letters are forwarded once a week at the actual carrier cost with no markup. Scanning is $5 per envelope (Virtual Office includes 5 a month), ready by the end of the next business day. Letters are held free for 30 days, then $5 per week.
What mail can’t you accept?
We don’t sign for certified, registered, insured or COD mail, legal process or time-sensitive official mail; keep a home or office address for those. Advertising is recycled at sorting and never counted. Mail addressed to anyone other than your company and the people on your contract is returned to sender.
Can I use this address for Florida business filings?
Yes, use it on Sunbiz, licenses, your website and business cards. The one thing it isn’t: a registered agent / legal-notice address. Need that too? Registered Agent is a separate $99/year service, by application, offered after your first year with us.
Can I pick up mail in person?
Yes, and it’s free. Come by Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, with a government-issued photo ID. Want someone else to pick up for you? Authorize them in writing ahead of time.
