1. Who We Are
Wilton Plaza LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates business address and business presence services with incidental mail handling at 1881 NE 26th Street, Wilton Manors, FL 33305. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (v1.3) and applies to all purchases made through our website.
Registered Agent service is not offered as a self-serve product. It is available by application only, reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and rarely approved.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Full legal name (onboarding) β service delivery, identity verification
- Company name, entity type, EIN (onboarding) β service delivery, Sunbiz verification
- Physical address where you live or operate (onboarding) β identity verification, communication
- Email address (purchase / onboarding) β communication, service notifications, billing
- Phone number (onboarding) β communication
- Government-issued ID (copy of one document, onboarding) β internal record for identity verification and fraud prevention
- Country of residence (onboarding) β risk screening for international clients
- Payment information (purchase) β billing via Stripe
- Checkout assent metadata (Terms version, timestamp, IP, user agent, checkbox state) β proof of acceptance of Terms of Service
2.2 Information Generated Through Service
- Item receipt and retrieval logs (audit trail for held items)
- Scan request logs (proof of fulfillment, billing)
- Forwarding request logs (proof of fulfillment, carrier tracking)
- Scanned item contents when requested by Subscriber (digital delivery)
- Notary logs where applicable (Florida notary law requirement)
- Billing and payment history (Stripe, financial records)
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect USPS Form 1583 under the terms of this service (see Terms of Service v1.3, Section 4.2)
- We do not collect Social Security numbers
- We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking beyond standard server logs
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing
- We do not collect biometric data
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information exclusively for:
- Providing services you purchased under our Terms of Service
- Identity verification and fraud prevention β reviewing the ID copy, screening against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, verifying entity status on Sunbiz for Florida entities, and reviewing public records for concerning signals
- Billing β processing payments, sending invoices, managing quarterly or annual subscriptions via Stripe
- Communication β responding to inquiries, processing your scan and forwarding requests, sending service notifications and renewal reminders
- Legal obligations β responding to subpoenas, court orders, and law enforcement requests supported by valid legal process
- Proof of assent β maintaining records showing your acceptance of our Terms of Service at checkout, as permitted under the federal E-SIGN Act and Florida UETA (Fla. Stat. 668.50)
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
4.1 Digital Storage
- Google Workspace (Business) with mandatory multi-factor authentication
- Shared Drives with role-based access restricted to authorized personnel only
- Device encryption on all computers with access to client data
- No client PII transmitted via unencrypted email except scan deliveries when Subscriber has elected standard email delivery under Terms Section 6.3
4.2 Physical Storage
- Client files stored in locked file cabinet at our office
- Access limited to authorized personnel (Office Administrator and Company principal)
4.3 Payment Data
- Payment card information is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe, Inc.
- We do not store, process, or have access to full payment card numbers
- Stripe security: PCI DSS Level 1 certified
5. Who Has Access to Your Information
- Office Administrator (Tricia Frost) β full access for service delivery
- Company Principal β full access for management and oversight
- Stripe, Inc. β payment data only
We do not share your information with any other third party unless: you provide written consent, we are required by law (court order, subpoena, valid law enforcement request), or it is necessary to defend Host's legal rights.
6. Data Retention
- Terms of Service acceptance records: 7 years after termination (E-SIGN / UETA audit trail)
- Onboarding form and ID copy: 5 years after termination (fraud prevention and litigation defense)
- Scan request logs: 3 years after last request
- Forwarding request logs: 3 years after last request
- Scanned item digital copies (requested scans): 6 months after scan delivery
- Billing records: 7 years after last transaction (IRS requirement)
- General correspondence: 3 years after termination
- Notary logs: 10 years (Florida notary law)
After the retention period expires, data is securely destroyed: physical documents are cross-cut shredded; digital files are permanently deleted.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: (1) access the personal information we hold about you, (2) request correction of inaccurate information, (3) request deletion of your information subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations, (4) request that we limit how we use your data, and (5) request copies of your documents in a commonly used format.

8. Data Breach Notification
In compliance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA, Fla. Stat. 501.171), if we discover a breach of personal information, we will: (1) investigate the scope of the breach promptly, (2) notify affected individuals within 30 days of discovery, (3) notify the Florida Department of Legal Affairs if 500+ individuals are affected, and (4) provide information about what data was compromised and steps affected individuals may take.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
