After checkout, you'll receive setup instructions by email within 1 business day. Activation typically completes within 1-3 business days (never more than 5). Your service is active once you receive the Activation Notice by email.

When another service fits better
Wilton Plaza is great for many things, but a few setups are served better by a different tool. We'd rather point you to the right solution than take your money and disappoint you.
- High-volume packages or drop-shipping. We're set up for business mail and occasional packages. For regular shipping flow, a fulfillment warehouse or 3PL service is built for exactly that.
- Live receptionist answering calls in your company name. We handle mail and office facilities, not call answering. Services like Ruby Receptionists or AnswerConnect specialize in this and pair well with a virtual office.
- Automatic weekly mail forwarding. We forward on request, not on a fixed schedule. If you want mail batched and shipped every week without asking, a mailbox service with scheduled forwarding is a better match.
- A desk to work from every day. This is a virtual office — but if you want physical office space in the same building, Wilton Plaza has long-term office suites starting from $700/month. Ask about availability or call (954) 249-5388.
- Residential, vehicle, voter, or homestead registrations. Those require a residential address by law. We're a commercial building, so the right solution is a real home address.
