How it works
Three steps, no paperwork on your side.
1. Get your one-pager
We prepare a one-page flyer with your firm's name on it, in English, Spanish or Portuguese, as a PDF and a printed stack for your office. It explains the address, the price and the code.
2. Hand it to a client
The client signs up online at wiltonplaza.com or calls us. They enter REFER50 at checkout and name your firm. Onboarding takes about five minutes; activation is within five business days.
3. Get paid
$100 after the client's first payment clears, then $50 every year the client renews. No cap, no minimum, no fee to join.
What your client gets
The same plans as every Wilton Plaza client, with $50 off the first payment.
Business Address
Real commercial street address at an owner-operated building in Wilton Manors, Broward County. Mail received and held for pickup. Billed $117 quarterly or $390 annually.
Virtual Office
Everything in Business Address plus conference room hours and on-site notary. Billed $147 quarterly or $550 annually.

Frequently asked questions
Who can be a Wilton Plaza partner?
Accountants and CPAs, business formation services, immigration and business attorneys, real estate agents and brokers, consultants, bookkeepers and content creators whose clients need a real Florida business address. There is no fee and no minimum.
How much does a partner earn?
$100 for each new client who signs up and pays, then $50 for each year that client renews. There is no cap on the number of clients.
What does my client get?
$50 off their first payment with the code REFER50, on any plan, when they mention your firm at checkout or in the onboarding form.
How is the referral tracked?
Your firm name on the one-pager and the REFER50 code at checkout, plus the "how did you hear about us" field in onboarding. We send you a note when a referred client activates.
When is the reward paid?
After the referred client's first payment clears and the service is activated, usually within 30 days. Renewal rewards are paid after each renewal payment.
Do you pay a recurring percentage?
No. The program is a flat $100 per client and $50 per renewal year, which keeps it simple for both sides.
