Received your Activation Notice? Great — that's our email confirming your approved address format and that you may begin using the Wilton Plaza address on business filings, licenses, websites, and documents. This guide walks you through the six things most clients do in their first month.

Haven't received your Activation Notice yet? Do NOT use the address until you do (Terms §4.1). Payment does not equal activation. If it's been more than 3 business days, call (954) 249-5388.

1

Update Sunbiz with your new address

This is the most common first task. If you have an existing Florida LLC or corporation, update the principal office address and mailing address to your approved Wilton Plaza address.

  1. Go to sunbiz.org and sign in to file an amendment.
  2. Choose the amendment form for your entity type (LLC Articles of Amendment, Corporate Articles of Amendment, etc.).
  3. Update Principal Office Address and Mailing Address using the exact approved address format in your Activation Notice.
  4. Submit the amendment and pay the Sunbiz filing fee (typically $25 for LLC amendments, $35 for corporations).
  5. The change takes effect immediately in Sunbiz records.

Registered Agent is separate. Updating the Principal Office Address on Sunbiz does NOT update your Registered Agent. If you need to change or designate a Registered Agent, that is a separate amendment. See Registered Agent FAQ.

Know how mail and package receiving works

We receive mail and packages during business hours and hold them securely for in-person pickup.

  • Use your approved Wilton Plaza address format exactly as shown in your Activation Notice.
  • We accept routine business mail and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and major couriers.
  • Items remain available for pickup during office hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
  • Bring government-issued photo ID when collecting held items.

Need physical delivery elsewhere? Mail forwarding remains available on request at actual postage plus a $5 handling fee per shipment. See Terms §6.

3

Pick up mail or packages in person

Come to the building during business hours with government-issued photo ID.

  • Pickup location: 1881 NE 26th Street, Suite 212, Wilton Manors, FL 33305.
  • Bring: driver's license, passport, or state ID.
  • Parking: free private lot on-site.
  • Authorizing someone else? Email us written authorization in advance with their full name and ID type. We will not release items to unauthorized persons.

Hold periods: Mail held up to 30 days after notice of availability (Terms §6.2). Packages held up to 30 days with a $15 late-pickup fee if not collected within 7 days. Items beyond 45 days may be disposed as abandoned. Request forwarding before items expire.

If you're outside the US: In-person pickup is not your path. Request forwarding by email when mail arrives — you pay actual postage + $5 handling per shipment. We can also consolidate items into a single shipment to reduce cost. See the International Clients page.

5

Use the on-site notary

Tricia Frost is our licensed Florida notary, on-site Mon–Fri during business hours. Virtual Office clients: free. Business Address and walk-ins: $10/signature (Florida statutory rate).

  • Walk in during business hours — for most documents no appointment is needed.
  • Bring: all signing parties, their government-issued photo ID, and the unsigned document.
  • Common documents include property and lease documents, business documents, government forms, and affidavits.
  • We do not notarize: real estate closing documents (deeds, mortgages), immigration documents, or vital records (birth/death certificates).
  • For large document packages or multi-party signings, call ahead at (954) 249-5388 to guarantee availability.

Remote Online Notary (RON) available by appointment at $25/signature.

If you're outside the US: On-site notary is Tricia in Wilton Manors — not accessible remotely. For remote document signings, RON at $25/signature is the only option. Book by email, we coordinate a video appointment during Florida business hours. Your country's law may or may not accept US RON — verify before relying on it for foreign filings.
